Actress Dakota Johnson is travelling *all* the time - you know, thanks to that crazy "Fifty Shades of Grey" schedule. But unfortunately for someone that's is constantly on a plane, Johnson had a horrible time getting any shut-eye - until this oil came in the picture.
Instead of counting sheep or taking a sleeping pill, she relies on CBD oil while in the air. According to The Sleep Doctor, Michael Breus, CBD— the non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in marijuana and industrial hemp plants “has the ability to reduce anxiety, which can be helpful in reducing sleep difficulties and improving sleep quality.”
Luckily, CBD is legal in all 50 states and is easy to use. Johnson says she drops the oil under her tongue, lets it sit there for about a minute and then swallows. By putting it under your tongue and waiting a few seconds, the oil absorbs directly through the mucous membrane and into the mouth. After absorption, it's directly deposited into the bloodstream, ultimately bypassing digestion and maintaining the highest strength possible. (But remember – CBD oil will *not* get you high.)
