What are your holiday shipping cut-offs?

We are working hard to get your orders shipped in time for the holidays. Here are the shipping cut-offs:

Australia: November 28, 2022

Canada (excluding Ontario): December 7, 2022

UK: December 7, 2022

Ontario: December 12, 2022

USA: December 12, 2022

Can I pick-up my order?

Absolutely! The Evio office is located at 555 Richmond St. W #909, Toronto, ON. Please email once you receive your 'Ready for pick-up' notification.

The last day for pick-up is December 13, 2022.

What happens if I order past the cut-off dates?

Orders will continue to ship until December 13, 2022.

Any orders placed after this date will ship starting January 3, 2023, as the warehouse will be closed for the holidays.

Are you cruelty-free?

Yes. All of our products are certified Cruelty-free from raw materials to finished products. 

Are you gluten-free?

Yes, our products are always made Gluten-Free.

Can I use Evio products while pregnant?

Evio products are safe to use while pregnant, however patch testing is always recommended as sometimes women can become sensitive to some ingredients during/post pregnancy.

What kind of ingredients do you use?

Evio products are made with good-for-you ingredients that are vegan, paraben-free, gluten-free and toxic-free.

Where are your products made?

We partner with industry experts in Canada, Italy and Korea to manufacture our products. Please see each product page for Country of Manufacture information.

Is your product packaging recyclable?

Yes - all of our product packaging is recyclable - please see your local recycling guide to find out how to recycle responsibly.

What is your packaging made of?

All product packaging is recyclable, and often made from recycled plastics. Where possible, we have removed all excess outer packaging and boxes to reduce waste. We use biodegradable and/or recyclable shipping materials.

How do I shop in my currency?

Your currency should automatically display based on your location, if you are based in the US or Canada. To change the currency you’re shopping in, click the USD/CAD ($) on the top right corner on your desktop or the menu on mobile.

Can I cancel my order?

You may only cancel your order via email up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping is available on orders $40+.

Flat rate shipping for orders less than $40 is $8 and $10 (AUS & UK).

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

When can I expect to receive my order?

All orders are shipped from our facility in Toronto. Shipments within Canada & US usually deliver within 3-10 business days.  Shipments to Australia, please allow up to 21 business days.

We are a small start-up. This means that sometimes despite our best efforts delays happen. We will always do our best to contact you and to make it up to you. If you have questions about your order please contact with subject line: #yourordernumber example: #1351.  We will respond within 24 hours.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we do ship to PO box addresses.

Are there taxes and duties included in my order total?

If your order is subject to duties, taxes, or related fees, you'll be charged at checkout (you won’t need to pay anything extra when your package is delivered). We collect the amount for sales tax and duty at checkout and our shipping partner will pay them when your order is cleared through customs.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS message notification that includes your order information and tracking details.  For first orders - please be sure to check your spam mail as well! Do you offer pick-up?

Yes, we offer FREE pick-up! We are located at 555 Richmond St W #909 in Toronto. Orders are typically ready for pick-up within 24 to 48 hours. If you need your order same-day, please utilize the live chat button or email before placing your order to confirm availability.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We are so grateful that you gave our product a try, but we also understand that beauty and skincare are very personal experiences and we celebrate that everyone is different. Maybe it wasn't right for you, and that's okay. 

We accept all returns and exchanges for purchases made directly from within 45 days of purchase for any reason for a full refund.
