Shipping

Everything you need to know about how your Evio order gets to you.

Eviobeauty.com ships to Canada, US, UK and Australia. We are working on expanding to additional countries soon - stay tuned!

Flat rate shipping for orders less than $50 is $8 USD / $8 CAD and $10 USD for AUS & UK.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and are shipped within 24-72 hours of receiving your order.

All orders are shipped from our facility in Toronto. Shipments within Canada & US usually deliver within 3-10 business days.  Shipments to Australia, please allow up to 21 business days. We are a small start-up. This means that sometimes despite our best efforts delays happen. We will always do our best to contact you and to make it up to you. If you have questions about your order please contact info@evio.ca with subject line: #yourordernumber example: #1351.  We will respond within 24 hours.

If your order is subject to duties, taxes, or related fees, you'll be charged at checkout (you won’t need to pay anything extra when your package is delivered). We collect the amount for sales tax and duty at checkout and our shipping partner will pay them when your order is cleared through customs.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS message notification that includes your order information and tracking details.  For first orders - please be sure to check your spam mail as well! If you have not received your shipping email, or have any questions about tracking status - please contact us at info@evio.ca

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return or exchange? No problem. We make it easy.

We are so grateful that you gave our product a try, but we also understand that beauty and skincare are very personal experiences and we celebrate that everyone is different. Maybe it wasn't right for you, and that's okay. 

We accept all returns and exchanges for purchases made directly from eviobeauty.com within 45 days of purchase for any reason for a full refund. 

To request a refund please contact us at info@evio.ca with your order number.
